YOU TOO CAN HELP SAVE A LIFE
DONATE ONLINE
A human life is priceless. The means to save a life is not. No matter how small or large your donation, your generosity will go a long way towards training volunteers, buying equipment and supplies, and keeping our Rapid Response vehicles on the road.
For example:
€ 10 will buy a box of 100 latex gloves
€ 20 will fuel a voluntary doctor’s car
€ 50 will buy one stethoscope
€ 75 will buy a child’s breathing support
€ 100 will buy defibrillator pads
You can make your donation via our idonate page. LINK to IDONATE
GIVE MORE WITHOUT SPENDING MORE
Donations of €250 or over in a year are eligible for tax relief. If you are paying tax at the higher rate, €250 is actually worth €362 to Irish Community Rapid Response – at no extra cost to you. Click here to read more about Tax Efficient Giving.
Should you or your business like to make a Major Gift or sponsor ICRR’s larger expenses, we would love to hear from you. LIFESKILLS TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
ICRR can also come to you and provide your employees with training in CPR/AED* with PHECC certification.** Your place of work will not only be safer, but getting your employees armed with life-saving skills will make communities safer too. Just drop us a line and we will be in touch:
*Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a lifesaving technique used in many emergencies, including heart attack or near drowning, in which someone's breathing or heartbeat has stopped.
**An automated external defibrillator (AED) is a portable electronic device that automatically diagnoses the life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias of ventricular fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia in a patient. It is able to treat them through defibrillation, the application of electrical therapy, which stops the arrhythmia, allowing the heart to re-establish an effective rhythm.
